Amonia Caramel timeless, dreamy americana pop with a bittersweet edge

In 2019, best friends Sarah Dekker (Moonloops) and Cath Harryvan (Bad Luck Baby) started working as a duo as singer-songwriters. Soon, catchy pop songs with impressive vocal harmonies emerged, inspired by Americana music and artists such as First Aid Kit and Taylor Swift. Together, the two write songs about the challenges they face as young adults in a changing world.

Amonia Caramel started as a duo act, and has since grown into a six-piece formation in which their energetic live show is central. Their self-titled debut EP was released on May 12th with a self-organized release show in Groningen. This record is a collection of personal stories about the experiences of Sarah and Cath.
