What you’ll experience : • Matcha 101 - An introduction to matcha: what it is, where it comes from, and what makes each bowl unique. • Guided Matcha Tasting - Taste 3 different matcha cultivars, learning how terroir and cultivar shape aroma, taste, and mouthfeel. • Make Your Own Matcha - Learn how to whisk matcha properly and prepare your own bowl using traditional tools.

What’s included: • 1 Chasen (bamboo whisk) • 1 Chashaku (bamboo scoop) • Matcha powder to use during the workshop • All tools and guidance during the session
