Clayrings A pop of colour in the Glasgow scene, Clay Rings mixes influences from a very tight and diverse group of friends and brings "Spanish-Brit" rock to life. Inspired by bands like Wolf Alice, Pixies and Hinds, "Clay Rings formed in 2022 and continue to glide across genres with their extensive discography which exemplifies their talent and drive as emerging artists."- Zara Grew Discovery Music. Combining the writing techniques, harmonies and sweet tones of Eve Scrimger (vocals and trumpet), Freddie Duck (vocals and bass guitar) and Oli Ausin (vocals and electric guitar), with the alt-rock riffs and electro-pop synth lines of Jay Russell (electric guitar and keyboards) and high-energy beats from Loris Amendola (drums). Together they blend in the rhythms, instrumentation and lyrics of Spanish music with grunge British alt-rock. The band is due to release their second EP in March 2026 and embark on their first European tour to showcase their music and live performance to wider audiences.
