Our breathing influences our physical and mental state. That also applies the other way around. This means that we can use our breathing to regulate our state of being, like a remote control. Consciously working on your breathing can help you to find balance, to focus, to exert yourself or to relax. You’ll experience it yourself during this session with the boys from Lekker Ademen. An accessible introduction that immediately gives you some tools conscious breathing in daily life. After this session at a unique location in the theatre, you’re ready to immerse yourself in The Balancing Act of Ann Van den Broek and the context program that takes place beforehand.
