Visit Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam, the national museum for architecture, design and digital culture. The Nieuwe Instituut also manages the National Collection for Dutch architecture and urban planning, one of the largest in the world, with no fewer than 1.4 million drawings, 300,000 photographs and 2,500 models.

Experience a varied program every week, from book presentations to Research Nights. There are special routes with assignments for families and children.

Also visit Huis Sonneveld, the unique museum house from 1933. Nieuwe Instituut and Huis Sonneveld are within walking distance of Central Station in Rotterdam's Museum Park.

Accessibility

Het Nieuwe Instituut is easily accessible by public transport with the metro and tram 4, 7, 8, 20, 23, 25 (Eendrachtsplein stop). It is about a 15-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station. The Museumpark parking garage is opposite the building.
