Glittering bulbs on the Maas
Two beautiful silver spheres are in the Mallegatpark, along the Korte Stadionweg. Who doesn't know them, those gas domes that were built in 1879 for the Feijenoord municipal gas factory. They have not been used as such since 1968. Young people from the neighborhood have had their home there for a long time.
