Luchtpark Hofbogen
A green city park has been created on the roof of the former Hofplein Station. Here, in the Hofbogen Air Park, you can picnic and walk among the greenery.
Longest roof in the Netherlands
With a length of 1.9 kilometers, the roof of the Hofbogen is the longest roof in the Netherlands. The first section of the long roof, located on the roof of Hofplein Station, is designed as a public park.
The Luchtpark is accessible to everyone daily. Local residents, Rotterdammers, and tourists can enter Luchtpark Hofbogen via the Luchtsingel and the entrance on Heer Bokelweg. Visitors can lounge on the grass, picnic, sit on one of the art sheep, or stroll in the garden with its fruit trees and shrubs, native vegetation, and vegetable beds. All this while enjoying a magnificent urban view.
The air park is closed indefinitely.
