Grotekerkplein city park
The city park near the Laurenskerk
Along the water
The city park near the Laurenskerk with the statue of Erasmus, a work of art from Erasmus's birthplace and the Stadspodium, where concerts are held regularly. This park was completed in April 2017, making it one of the newest parks in Rotterdam.
You can not only sit on the grass, but also on the water, because along the quay on the Delftsevaart (offshoot of the Rotte) there is a 45-meter long deck with (sitting) steps and at least eleven mooring places for single-person canoes and sloops.
