Workshop 'cactus stekken en enten'

During the workshop you will learn step by step how to cut and graft a cactus. Cutting is an easy way to grow new plants: a piece of the mother plant is cut off, dried and then placed in dry soil to develop roots. Grafting involves attaching a piece of a cactus to another cactus, often using rubber bands to press the pieces firmly together. This allows the juices to mix well, making the grafted cactus grow faster and stronger. Our Trompenburg experts will guide you through this and show you which combinations work best.
