A summer Barbecue Block Party with chefs from Honneurs and dessert from winner of Heel Holland Bakt!
Temperatures are rising, so it's high time for a summer Barbecue Block Party at your favorite Mexicano Silbar in Rotterdam Noord! This won't be just any BBQ... The guys from Honneurs will be behind the grill, and winner of Heel Holland Bakt (The Dutch Bake Off) Elise will be in charge of dessert. Expect Mexican grilled dishes that will set your taste buds ablaze and a dessert you'll be dreaming about for weeks to come. And of course, summer cocktails, golden cervezas, and funky beats on the side!
Join us on Saturday, August 2nd, late afternoon from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM or go for the later option from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. You can choose from two ticket options at these times:
Pequeña BBQ €27.50
A refreshing Paloma cocktail with grapefruit juice and tequila + 1 BBQ dish (Vegetarian, Fish, Meat, or Poultry) + a side dish.
Gran BBQ €50
Paloma cocktail + 2 BBQ dishes (vegetarian, fish, meat, or poultry) + a side dish + Dessert (Elise - Heel Holland Bakt)
Tickets are available for purchase through the Silbar website. BBQ dishes can also be ordered separately on the night, but once they're gone, they're gone!

World Paloma Day in Rotterdam
The traditional Paloma is mixed with tequila, lime, salt and grapefruit juice. It is a very popular drink in Mexico and the Netherlands now follows suit. May 22 is International Paloma Day and several Rotterdam establishments are organising events.
