The last months in the life of Quisling, Prime Minister of Norway during WWII and an open fan of Hitler. Quisling formed a government from April 1940 and collaborated with the German occupiers. When the war ended, Quisling was called to account. The film is partly based on the diary of Peder Olson (Anders Danielsen Lie, known from The Worst Person in the World ), a pastor who assisted Quisling during his last months in prison.
