Dive into a stimulating world with BonteHond and Schweigman& and join us in our search for which stimuli are nice, fun, exciting, annoying or funny and when we want less or more. Open all your senses and especially close them down when necessary!
About Prikkels
Often we cannot fully see from the outside what is happening on the inside.
Stimuli put your inner world in the spotlight. Our body is the space where our inner world is located. Like a house. What if your house has thin or thick walls? Or many windows and doors? And what if you can't close those openings properly, or if they are always completely closed? Sometimes your house feels too cramped, and then there is a lot of space. One time everyone and everything can come in and the next time nothing and no one at all. How does it feel in your house?
In Prikkels, three players take you into the world of your senses in a physical and musical way. They investigate all kinds of feelings that are caused by our stimulus processing. For example, a restless feeling in your body, a buzzing head or feeling so open that everything comes in hard.
Together with you, the players discover what someone needs to feel at ease, to process, to recover. How do we discover what we really like? How do we attune ourselves to the other?
