As a child in Suriname, Carl dreams of an unknown country full of possibilities. When he moves to the Netherlands with his family at the age of ten, a new chapter begins. In Paramaribo Dreams, Carl Refos tells his personal story about letting go, discovering and growing.
With spectacular dance moves, spoken word and percussion you see how Carl overcomes his fears, gets to know himself again and discovers his love for dance. He shows that, no matter how big the leap seems, you always get further if you keep believing in yourself.
