Openluchtfilmfestival Roffa Mon Amour 2025
Twelve sultry summer evenings in August full of films, meetings and stories.
Roffa Mon Amour celebrates its thirteenth festival edition in the sculpture garden of Brutus in Rotterdam West. Among the impressive works of art by Atelier Van Lieshout under the starry sky you will discover special films, meet new people and be surprised by live music, surprising talks, dinners and blind dates. Where ships from all over the world once arrived, a festival with films from all over the world is now flourishing.
In Rotterdam we look at the world differently: directly, honestly and with a big heart. That is exactly what you feel at Roffa Mon Amour: films that touch you, conversations that linger, evenings that you will not soon forget. Watching films together in the open air feels grand, intimate and romantic.
Why Brutus?
Brutus is one of the largest cultural sanctuaries in the Netherlands, located in the rugged city port area of Rotterdam. Here, contemporary art, raw industrial architecture and experiment merge. In the sculpture garden, between monumental sculptures, watching a film does not feel like escaping the city, but like experiencing it even more intensely. Here you are literally between art, film and the night.

The full festival programme will be announced on 2 July, but here's a sneak preview:
