Let the INSECTS sing to the energy!
Mariëlle Videler made a selection from her work 365 INSECTS especially for Natural History.
On long hinged arms, deep black insects on fragile sheets protrude into space. Larger than life-size, you can recognize antennae, thin legs, hairs, structures and transparent wings. They seem to slip just over the edge of the paper, because no insect can be seen in its entirety.
