Indra's grandma Billy is old and sick. Her family and friends are sitting in her small living room. They are eating, talking, making music and waiting for the farewell that is coming closer. Grandmas die. That is not strange at all, thinks Indra. But why is her family so restless?
When Grandma shares her last wish, Indra is suddenly sucked into history. She meets the legendary Kantjil, her friend from Grandma's native country, who helps her understand her family history and the world in which Grandma Billy grew up. Together they put together the puzzle pieces of Grandma's past. Can you be too old to give the past a place, or too young for the history of your own family?
