1960s, Caribbean. Two brothers are chasing their dream of space travel. The eldest is good at mathematics, the youngest is an engineer in training. While the Space Race between the Soviet Union and the United States grips the world, the brothers secretly develop their own rocket. Their dream reaches beyond the stars.
Unwittingly, the brothers find themselves caught up in the power struggle between the US and the Soviet Union. The race to space is suddenly no longer just a scientific discovery, but one of personal identity, national pride and finding your own place in the world.
