Het Debuut 2025

Het Debuut is back in Walhalla! During Het Debuut you will discover the most striking graduation performances of 2025. In one evening you will see three different performances by the theatre makers of the future. Pioneers that you will undoubtedly hear a lot more about and that you - just like previous debutants - can see many more times in Walhalla!

For almost 15 years, Via Rudolphi Productions has been putting talent on the map with this successful production. Which performances will you see? That will remain a surprise for a while… The debutants are scouted during graduation presentations and theater festivals in the spring. This year, the young makers will be guided for the first time by Debut-er from the very beginning George Tobal.

Many of the makers who previously participated in Het Debuut have grown into established names. Think of Rundfunk, George Tobal, Performance collective URLAND, La Isla Bonita, Tarik Moree and Tim Olivier Somer, Caro Derkx, Myrte Siebinga, Just van Bommel, Koen ter Braak and Jeroen van Arkel.
