Award-winning Venezuelan guitarist and composer Andrew Moreno makes a bold entrance into the international jazz scene with his debut album 'Axiom'. His latest work features a wide range of beautiful melodies and soundscapes.
In the Heerenhuys, Moreno, who received the Erasmus Jazz Prize last year, presents the more intimate and quiet work from the album that was released in May 2025, supplemented with his interpretation of several compositions from the American Songbook. He put together a line-up with some of the best musicians in the Netherlands: on bass Stefan Lievestro, on tenor saxophone Nicolò Ricci and on drums Luis Mora.
