Sam goes backpacking for a weekend and takes with her: a tent, instant noodles, a major midlife crisis, her father's best friend and a lot of discomfort.
Teenager Sam (Lily Collias) wasn't supposed to be the only kid on a weekend backpacking trip with her dad and his best friend Matt, but that's how it ends up. A small debut film by director India Donaldson, in which the discomfort is removed from the backpacks with great care and attention.
