Creati-Vi-Taali-Tijd is a creative workshop series where language, connection, and well-being come together. During 8 inspiring workshops, participants practice Dutch through artistic methods such as writing, journaling, drawing, stamping, and conversation.
Practice creative Dutch
The workshops are intended for adult residents who want to practice Dutch in a creative way. You will be introduced to artistic activities such as writing, drawing, and journaling. This approach helps you better understand the language and use it in everyday situations. You are welcome, whether you have just moved to Rotterdam or have been living there for a while.
Meet and connect
The CreaTiViTaaliTijd workshops bring people together. You meet other residents and build new connections in the neighborhood. Together with a creative facilitator, you work on language skills and well-being. The focus is on connection through language and creativity, helping you feel at home in Rotterdam more quickly.
Guidance by Carla Belksma
Carla Belksma facilitates the sessions. She has extensive experience in language, art, and education. Carla combines her knowledge to help you with language development in an original way. Her approach creates an inspiring and inquisitive atmosphere in which you learn and create with pleasure.

From 19 to 26 March
Toneelleesclub010 expands, including an English spoken Theatre Reading Club in Dokhuis
Toneelleesclub010 celebrates its four-year anniversary with new clubs. In February, Toneelleesclub Delfshaven will start at Altstadt and an English-language drama reading club at Dokhuis in Charlois. The three clubs in North, West and South will also restart in February after the winter break.
